Yes! All employees have had their backgrounds checked, fully trained and wear company uniforms.
Do I need to be home when you clean?
Your presence is not required. Because we clean Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. most of our customers aren’t home but the vast majority trust Delta Property Maintenance with the key to their home. For additional security, all house keys are individually coded and cross-referenced. Please contact us to make arrangements to leave a key or provide an entry code.
How long will the cleaning take?
This will depend on the size of your home and the service you select but as a general guide smaller homes can take 1.5 hours and larger homes 4 to 5 hours. We like to be thorough!
How many people should I expect and can I have the same team every time?
We do our best to provide a team of 2 and we like to send the same team each time if their schedules allow.
Do you use child/pet friendly cleaning products?
Yes! We use gentle, safe products and green products when possible!

What time does Delta Property Maintenance arrive?
Delta Property Maintenance can’t guarantee an exact time residential housekeepers will arrive because each home gets the attention it deserves. However, we do offer arrival time windows and preferences with our “on time arrival” software. Our normal business hours are 8 AM to 5 PM. In participating areas, Saturday and/or same day appointments may be available.
What if something is damaged during a home cleaning?
We treat you and your home with complete respect. If something does unexpectedly break, we do our best to either repair or replace that item. Residential maids are fully insured, so claims are filed when appropriate.
What if my maid service missed a spot?
Our maid services offer consistent, quality home cleaning. Like in any relationship, however, miscommunications occur and we may make a mistake. That’s why we offer a house cleaning service guarantee, which means if you notify your local Delta Property Maintenance within 24 hours, our house cleaning staff will correct their mistake at no charge.
Am I liable for workers’ compensation, insurance or employment taxes?
Delta Property Maintenance is a simple, worry-free home cleaning service solution. That means we take care of personal liability with regard to work-related injury and social security taxes. Some independent maid services may not, which makes homeowners liable. With Delta Property Maintenance we are fully insured, licensed and bonded for your protection and ours.
Do I provide cleaning supplies or equipment?
No. Every Delta Property Maintenance cleaning service crew comes to your home fully equipped to clean with top-quality products and commercial vacuums. However, because Delta Property Maintenance is flexible, if requested and provided, we may clean with your preferred products depending on the chemicals.
What happens if I need to reschedule my maid service?
Delta Property Maintenance works with you. We typically recommend calling 72-hours before your regularly scheduled home cleaning with a more convenient cleaning time. Contact Delta Property Maintenance for specific guidelines regarding rescheduling/cancellations. We will do our best to accommodate your scheduling needs.
What if my home cleaning falls on a holiday?
We call to reschedule for a more convenient time when house cleanings fall on holidays. Your local Delta Property Maintenance will also remind you about additional maid services in which you may have expressed an interest. Perhaps that means an additional clean prior to a big holiday party. If you’ve scheduled that extra holiday cleaning service, canceling or rescheduling requires notice. How do I pay for residential cleaning services?
Payments are due the day of your scheduled home cleaning service. Most customers find it convenient to simply leave a check in the home, made payable to Delta Property Maintenance.
